Customer loyalty is important to us and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product or if you find it to be faulty, refunds can be issued up to 14 days after delivery.

If you wish to return a product you must first notify us by email within 7 working days of receipt of your item, quoting your invoice number and outlining the reason for returning the product.

Apologies but we cannot process returns by telephone.

Once your return has been acknowledged you may post the product to us for inspection. We cannot issue a refund on any item until it has been returned to us for inspection.

Unfortunately shipping costs for returned products are non refundable.

Please be aware that:


The customer takes full responsibility for the safe return of the item. All items must be returned in a saleable condition.


We will not accept a return on a product that has been damaged by misuse.


We do not accept returns on earrings for health and safety reasons.


We do not accept a return on a product returned after the 14 day period has lapsed.
